By creating an account or using Resume Tracked, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Resume Tracked is a private PDF storage and sent-history tracking tool for job seekers. It is not a resume builder, career coach, or legal service. We do not guarantee interview outcomes or employer responses.

• You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (at least 16).
• One person per account; do not share vault access with untrusted parties.

You retain ownership of PDFs and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (storage, preview, download, and sent-history features).

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates law or third-party rights.
• Contains malware or harmful code.
• You do not have permission to store.

Do not abuse the service, probe systems without permission, scrape other users' data, or use the product to spam employers or harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We provide the service as-is. We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice when practical. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes beyond our control—though we aim for reliable hosting and backups via our providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Resume Tracked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50 if the service is free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service anytime and delete your vault data via Data Controls. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in your country.
